There is no gainsaying in the fact that 2017 Osun Osogbo festival was an epoch making event with the active participation of the Centre for Black Culture and International Understanding, (CBCIU) Osogbo.
CBCIU mounted its stand at the entrance of the sacred groove showcasing her Journals, Catalogues, DVD of Orisa dances in Yoruba land etc. among other publications.
It created avenues to meet with some culture based organizations (foreign and local) that have similar objectives with our organization with the aim of partnering with them in order to further project our image to the outside world.
Photographs and videos of Arugba, the Ataoja of Osogbo and other important dignitaries as well as other events that took place at the sacred groove were taken with the aim of making them as additional item for our archive.
Our appreciation goes to the Chairman, Board of Trusties of CBCIU, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola who has always given us all necessary supports and motivation to forge ahead in our quests to move the Centre forward in accordance with her vision, mission and corporate objectives.
