David Shaba is the Head of personnel and Administration of Centre for Black Culture and International Understanding (CBCIU). Previously, he was a Senior personnel officer at leadership Newspaper Group Limited with responsibility over Recruitment, Manpower planning, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Job Design, Marketing and Communication, Negotiation, Compensation and benefit, Human Resources Operations, Industrial Relations, Customer Services, Public Relations and Employee Orientation.




Mr. Olatunji Opeyemi

ayoInformation Technology Officer

A goal oriented information technology professional with knowledge in Network and system administration. He has a bachelor of Engineering in Electrical electronic engineering from Federal university of technology, Akure, a Masters of technology in information technology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife.
With over 6 years experience in organizations such as O.A.U Information Technology And Communication Unit, West midlands communication (Splash FM), Leadway Assurance Company limited, Imagine integrated systems limited, TTC Mobile. Opeyemi has exceptional Technical and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and good communication skills, culturally unbiased and can integrated easily with people of any class or race, He is well spoken, energetic and eager to learn new things.



Mr. Gbeola Olufemi

Born over four decades ago to the family of Mr. & Mrs. Gbeola Caleb Olusola, (JP) in Ilobu, Irepodun Local Government Area, Osun State.

A graduate of Social Studies Education with second class upper division from the University of Uyo, Uyo State. Started his career in administration as Personnel Assistant III with the State Primary Education Board, Osogbo, Osun State in August, 1995. He later joined the service of Federal Ministry of Education as Master Grade III Officer at Federal Government Girls’ College, Ikot Obio Itong, Akwa Ibom State. In August, 2009, He joined Centre for Black Culture and International Understanding, Osogbo as an Archivist – in – training. He later proceeded to National Archives Ibadan where he obtained Diploma in Archival Administration and Records Management. Indexing and class listing of documents and materials in Ulli Beier Archive of the Centre were to his credit.




Mrs. Adebiyi Kehinde

cbciu ladyAdebiyi Kehinde is a graduate of University of Ado-Ekiti where she studied Microbiology. She is presently running her MSc in Environmental Control and Management at Obafemi Awolowo University. She hails from Ekiti State and was born on the 18th of March. She is result oriented and self motivated individual with good communication skills. Her hobbies are travelling, reading and meeting people.
